HOW IT WORKS…
First up, we’ll look at how you’re looking after you.
As a Nutritional Therapist, Fitness Coach and Life Coach, I’ll help you tap into what your body needs. That way you can take care of you first and foremost, so you can best take care of your kids.
I had three kids in three and a half years. I know how to make the most of the little time you have for looking after you. This is all about self care for thriving, not surviving.
Emotions are the next topic we’ll look at. How to manage yours, how to feel better when you lose your mind, how to make the most of anger (yours and your kids) and what tools you can use to stay in control.
These tools will work for your kids too. You’ll understand what they’re feeling and how to help them, in any given moment.
Money – how to attract it and manage it, plus how it connects to your self worth. You’ll learn about my top tools that turned my finances around. Oh and how I discovered that the holidays aren’t about spending a fortune.
Finally, we’ll go over the key mindfulness and coaching techniques that will empower you to feel confident in your abilities as a mum, and in yourself. When I first learned about these, it turned my life as I knew it on its head. Things have never been the same.
This isn’t a full-on course that you have to study.
I’ll deliver the topics to you in short live videos, which you’ll get a replay of and then I’ll hold live group coaching sessions once a fortnight to answer any questions.
